Content

Automation of basic functions and management of business trips

The description and setup of business processes on personnel management (management of an organization structure, personnel records, a time recording, payroll) and management of business trips taking into account the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, integration of local business processes into the existing international information system.

Functional volume

  • Management of an organization structure (OM) and Personnel records (PA):
  • Setup and maintaining data on an organization structure and personnel records at the global and local levels.
  • Time recording (PT)
  • Registration and time recording of employees, implementation of the summed-up accounting, flexible formation of postings on temporary events and also maintaining limits of holidays taking into account the general restrictions on divisions/departments.
  • Payroll (PY)
  • Implementation including a piece-work pay, and taxes taking into account requirements of the legislation of Kazakhstan and local features of JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau, integration with the SAP FI financial system.
  • Management of business trips (FI-TV)
  • development of the traveling documentation specific to JSC Arcelor Mittal; - approval of the request for a business trip, formation of traveling documentation through Workflow;
  • data transmission in the advance payments in the SAP FI systems, including drawing up MT-102 form and formation of the account cash order;
  • integration with the SAP FI financial system (transfer of postings on traveling expenses);
  • formation of the analytical reporting.

Project Results

  • Increase in accuracy of the data;
  • Unification of business processes on personnel management in JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau;
  • Reduction of document flow in different departments to the uniform standard;
  • Conducting business processes and all documentation, including traveling, in a single system.
