The purposes of implementation of SDO in Armtek group are:
- formation of a common information space for all structures of group, overcoming geographical restrictions;
- creation of uniform point of entry on all information resources of group;
- formation of uniform corporate culture;
- process automation of training and personnel development, its assessment.
Target audience of SDO is the staff of the company in number of 2400 people. Access to SDO is provided by means of the educational Portal. Only users of a system and only from the workplace can open it.
Automation of training and employee development is a basis use of electronic rates. The part of them devoted to processes of the company are developed independently. Others, on the general disciplines, purchased external providers. Also for the solution of this task the digital library (books for downloading in electronic form and also the directory of paper literature), collecting of requests for the organization of training, the publication of materials of the training and developing character is used.
Within personel assessment 3 procedures are developed: assessment of operating activities, assessment of competences of 360 degrees and complex assessment. The first is carried out monthly, all employees participate in it. Two others are executed once a year, she mentions only certain employee categories.
The SDO educational Portal is uniform corporate information space. On it internal news of group and announcements of materials are placed, all reference materials (the reference book of phones, the pay slip on which the payroll, the list of vacancies and so forth is accrued) are published. Also on the Portal additional services, for example, submission of requests in IT department are implemented.
