The Softline Solutions company, consulting division of Softline group, successfully completed an implementation project of the SAP solution Business One in Revada Inter group, one of market leaders of wholesale by chemical raw materials for the cosmetic industry, for the sector of processing of plastic and other industries.

To system implementation of SAP Business One the main business processes in Revada company were conducted in databases of Excel and also in the 1C: Accounting system. Between divisions there was an uncoordinated interaction: the staff of different departments kept separate tables that created difficulties with obtaining reliable and timely information. Problem solving of logistics was one of the major moments at making decision on need of implementation of a new information system. As the import raw materials implemented by Revada go a long way from the producer to the consumer, and the company needs to build customer relations, relying on reliable information about its movement. Also because of a large number of clients and partners there was a need to accurately monitor financial relationship with them.
