On December 17, 2015 the company "ЭкоЭнергоВент" reported that it automated accounting and work with clients using solutions "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C:CRM CORP 2.0". Assistance was rendered by specialists 1C-Rarus.

Project Tasks

It was required to Ekoenergovent company:

  • update purchase management, operational accounting, control of stock balance of goods;
  • automate sales with simultaneous function of control of all customer relations and suppliers;
  • have an opportunity to analyze work of managers, to store the history of communication with clients.

In Ekoenergovent company - work on project (2014)

"ЭкоЭнергоВент" The tasks set by the company are solved using software products "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C:CRM CORP 2.0". Implementation of the project was executed by specialists of branch of the company 1C-Rarus in St. Petersburg.

Work on the project

During the project the directions are automated:

  • "Sales management and customer relations",
  • "Purchase management",
  • "Inventory management",
  • "Management of service department".

Automated workplaces of 15 jobs for specialists of sales department, the accountant, the CEO and his deputy are created.

Project Results

The system of work with customer orders and to suppliers is changed, a number of documents is optimized, the informational content is added. An opportunity to estimate on what sales phase there is each client (or purchases - at communication with suppliers) is implemented. At appearance at work of the new employee all information on clients is transferred quickly and without loss, and all history of work with customers and documents (commercial offers, orders, tasks, events and projects) are alienated and remain in the company in safety.

Implementation of business processes "Project sale" and "Tender sale" allow:

  • it is effective to analyze a status of clients and their orders on each of stages and if necessary to make management decisions;
  • control work of employees, accomplishment of tasks in time, achievement of the delivered indicators for each employee and in general on the company;
  • output this information in a convenient and evident type;
  • to automatically calculate sale probability on each object, i.e. to plan cash receipts and profit for future periods and to keep a financial status of the company under control.

Already now it is possible to note several advantages of work with a new system. "Transparency" of processes of work with clients increased, the number of errors when forming orders and agreements was reduced by 30%. The efficiency of personnel increased by 30%. Now specialists of sales department create necessary documents quicker and quickly work assigned tasks on clients. At the same time time for assessment of this efficiency from the management was reduced twice. Together with 1C-Rarus company we will continue to develop our system.
