The Bronnitsy Jeweller company completed at the beginning of 2016 replication of the solution based on "1C: Retail 8. Jewelry store" in shops of jewelry network. The information system automated operational and management accounting, having opened new opportunities for the analysis and planning of trade operations in all shops of network.
The Bronnitsy Jeweller company was founded in 1924. Rich history and correctness to traditions made the enterprise by one of the largest players in the jewelry market of Russia. It steadily takes the place in the first three of industry rating on production volumes of a jewelry from precious metals. A jewelry of the company is presented more than in two thousand shops in all federal districts of the country and also in Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. Today in Russia under agreements of franchizing under the Bronnitsy Jeweller brand about 80 shops work.
In Bronnitsy Jeweller retail network there was an information system earlier, but she ceased to answer requests of continuously growing business. A support and maintenance of an outdated system involved from us essential costs. Having weighed, we made the decision on implementation of a modern product "1C: Retail 8. Jewelry store". The contractor of the project selected 1C-Rarus company.
Pilot implementation was implemented in two retail stores in Moscow. The information system automated conducting trade cash operations, sale and return of goods, merchandising between shops, pricing and management of marketing efforts. Tasks of accomplishment of orders for jewelry workshops and transactions a trade-in and buying up were in addition automated, processing on transactions with bonus points is created, the possibility of accounting in firms franchisees and cash transactions in shops is provided.
Business processes of jewelry network are in some way unique. Therefore to us easy adaptation of a system under them was important. Thanks to complex automation of our front offices now we quickly obtain information on activity of shops that only suit effective management. Earlier connection of new shop to base took at least 3 days us, now – no more than 4 hours. It concerns also marketing actions. On fixing in base of a discount for goods about 2 days, and now – were necessary no more than an hour.
