At the beginning of 2016 the huge document file is transferred To Federal State Unitary Enterprise Directorate on Construction in the Far Eastern Federal District in an electronic form. ELAR corporation digitized accompanying, accounting, organizational and administrative and technical documentation of the enterprise.

Specialists of Directorate in construction in the FEFD which is engaged in design, construction and reconstruction of buildings and constructions operate with a large number of different documentation. Access to these materials in electronic form will allow employees of the enterprise to reduce significantly time for search of the necessary documents and information. In particular, according to representatives of federal state unitary enterprise, process of selection of documentation on requests of inspection bodies will be optimized. The organization also calculates that digitization will allow to save with guarantee important information and documents on a case of loss or damage of a paper array.

Within the project on creation of an electronic information resource more than 400,000 pages of documents were scanned and indexed, the PDF files with a possibility of context search is created. Working and archive copies of a digital resource represent the copies of documents written on HDD carriers and the database with hyperlinks to PDF.
