  • Managements of remunerations (short-term and long-term awarding, review of the salary, awarding by day of the oil industry worker);
  • Managements by objectives;
  • Managements of social programs;
  • Management of corporate training;
  • Management of a talent pool.

Develop uniform report forms for the Company.
