The archive of the city of Perm digitized documents of a land and property complex

On February 16, 2016 ELAR corporation announced project completion on transfer to an electronic format of documents of a land and property complex for Archive of the city of Perm.

Project Tasks

Administrative documents are the most demanded at citizens, and the translation of these documents in a digital format – very relevant task. In 2016 we are going to purchase the software which will give the chance to work with an electronic array everything to the staff of archive. Since January, 2015 record of the digitized storage units on external carriers is kept, i.e. the electronic fund of use is created. The program allowing to perform context search of documents will allow to increase several times the speed of execution of the property requests arriving from citizens. Project Progress

Specialists of ELAR scanned and indexed 700 thousand sheets of archive documents.

The customer received an information resource in the PDF format. Works on scanning are performed on the Planskan ELAR scanners of series "C".

On scanning of one case containing 230 - 250 pages less than an hour thanks to a cradle with changeable slope angle leaves, the device allows to scan books and filings with the dense back complicating disclosure. The unique optical system provides high quality of the received electronic images at any status of the original. Digitization of resolutions and orders of district administrations for 1992-2008 will help to accelerate request processing of citizens of property character.
