Timur Hafizov is the director of the Center of examination, development and support of information technological solutions IGMU Higher School of Economics National Research University [1] (IT-consulting Center).

The implemented projects

• Creation of the Multifunction centers
• Development of standards of providing electronic services
• Ensuring methodical support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation upon transition to interdepartmental interaction
• Ensuring expert support of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation at design and development SIEI 3.0
• Participation in development and implementation of the Concept of optimization of mechanisms of design and implementation of interdepartmental information exchange, expansion of number of partners and bases for interaction, optimization of an order of development and approval of administrative regulations
• Support of operation and functioning of GIS TKMV for the purpose of ensuring the automated formation, approvals, updatings and publications of process charts of interdepartmental information exchange in electronic form when providing public services
• Research of the results of project implementation directed to formation of information society in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and preparation of evidence-based offers on formation of public rating of the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and improvement of an order of providing a subsidy from the federal budget for project implementation directed to formation of information society in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation
• Development and support of the federal register of the public and municipal services
• Development of the unified schemes of the technology processes of the uniform accounting and registration procedure providing an order of interaction of territorial authorities and subordinated organizations of Rosreestr.
