The Rakhat company automated management of archive

On February 17, 2016 the Atlas Soft company announced system implementation of electronic archive "Etla" in Rakhat company.

Project Task

In the summer of 2015 in Rakhat company made the decision on search and system implementation of electronic archive for accounting of originals of the documents which are stored in archive. After the analysis of a number of products the management made the decision on start of an implementation project of a system of electronic archive "Etla", using an additional subsystem of archiving. It helps:

• automate accounting and issue of the archive paper documents stored in a warehouse
• keep account of affairs
• control storage of affairs in a warehouse
• manage an empty seat in a warehouse
• automate work with delivery inventories and requests for issue

The subsystem gives opportunities for creation and storage of the accompanying documentation (acts, inventories, cards of collecting, etc.) at all stages of work with archive materials. In addition to accounting of own documents of the organization, the subsystem allows to automate completely process of archive service of third-party partners.

Project Progress

In a project team made the decision on formation of the register of inventories of affairs, with indication of storage locations of originals of documents. Due to the big entering flow of archive documents transferred to storage to archive according to inventories sharply there was a question of creation of additional mechanisms of automation of input of these inventories in a system.

For the solution of a task created the mechanism of the accelerated registration of inventories which helped to accelerate process of registration of inventories by 12 times.

Project Results

After structure formation of storage of inventories and affairs in electronic archive, specialists of Atlas Soft company provided to the customer a system which allows to fill independently electronic archive of documents the scan copies of originals. After testing a system is put into operation.
