Purchase of services in support and development of the information management system based on a SAP software

In March Aeroflot signed the contract with SAP CIS for 453 million rubles for rendering services in support and development of the information management system of "Aeroflot' on the basis of the SAP software which is in commercial operation on end-to-end processes for 2016.

System implementation

On March 3, 2016 the SAP CIS company and Aeroflot announced system implementation of automation of a time recording and payroll based on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management is human capital management). The program covers more than 19 thousand employees of the leading Russian airline.

Uniform ERP system is created, the nomenclature of the software of airline was several times reduced, the transparency of business processes grew thanks to what economy for business made tens of millions of euros. Aeroflot passed to implementation of new solutions of SAP, including the SAP solution HCM for more accurate and effective accounting and the analysis of labor costs.

"Our company is the leader in the domestic air-transport industry in implementation of IT technologies in all fields of activity — the deputy CEO of PJSC Aeroflot for information technologies Bogdanov Kirill said. — The fact that we the first among the Russian airlines began to calculate the salary using the SAP solution HCM allows Aeroflot to move to a new level of the organization of work with personnel. It gives the chance to build the effective and transparent system of the relations with people, organically combining business objectives and the interests of each worker".

Within the project with assistance of experts of SAP Service and Support were implemented functionality of SAP PY (payroll), SAP PT (time recording) and SAP CM (management of remunerations). Transition to a new system is step-by-step. At the moment in all accounting the SAP solution HCM is transferred to commercial operation, it is used by about 700 specialists. Having successfully completed replication of SAP HCM in the head company, Aeroflot is going to distribute the project to four branches and also to execute implementation of calculation of a flight component of compensation of flight personnel.

Using SAP HCM the salary is calculated in the terms specified in the collective agreement, and submission of reports is carried out to the periods corresponding to acts of the Russian Federation. It allows to raise degree of satisfaction of employees, to reduce risks of penalties and to increase attractiveness of the company in the opinion of shareholders.
