Biography

Konstantin was born in 1972 in the Kiev region (Ukraine).

In 1994 he graduated from the Kuban State Academy of Physical Culture (since 2003 - Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism), a teacher at FC.

In 2004, he was educated at the Russian State University of Trade and Economics, Economics and Management at the enterprise.
