The Orsknefteorgsintez company announced the tender for rendering consulting services within the project for development of the integrated information system of the company regarding improvement of management of logistics and repairs of the equipment. According to representatives Orsknefteorgsintez, the project is urged to increase efficiency of process of investment production planning of activity of the enterprise based on the corporate information system of management operating at the moment at the plant on the PARUS Enterprise 8 IT platform. On a result of carrying out the tender by the winner the Pba Consult company was recognized.

It is remarkable that since 2004 in Orsknefteorgsintez, entering then into TNK-BP holding, the information management system the enterprise based on the PARUS Enterprise 8 software product regarding control automation by financial and material flows already functioned. A system was operated in 200 workplaces, covered business and tax accounting, procurement processes and preparation of raw materials, management of production costs due to structuring and collecting of costs on TsO and MVZ (The centers of Responsibility and Places of Emergence of Costs), cost accounting of finished goods, sales management and shipments of finished goods. In 2005 a system underwent adaptation on compliance requirements of ATP (Accounting Transformation Project) of the project of TNK-BP that allowed to close in a system each accounting period (month) for the 6th day after its actual finish.

Now functioning (reliability and uniqueness of data, performance, a possibility of formation practically of any reporting) systems satisfies both plant's management, and direct users of a system therefore the new shareholder of JSC Orsknefteorgsintez – Russneft company did not object to further development of a system on the platform Parus.

Again starting project is directed to expansion of structure of the automated functions regarding production and investment planning and resource management based on the modules software "PARUS Enterprise 8" operating at the moment. Within this project it is supposed to solve a number of problems and also to add sections of the integrated management system regarding planning and the cost accounting on maintenance and repairs of fixed assets, management (planning, purchases, control of stocks of Inventories) of material security of repairs, development of financial accounting in the direction of detailing of costs and formation of accounting ratios on repairs and their material security, development of normative and help base of an automated system and also unification of forms of the management reporting.
