JSC Orsknefteorgsintez is the oil processing enterprise with an installed capacity more than 6.6 million t a year. The plant makes high-quality, competitive products: motor gasolines, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, bitumen, fuel oil.
History
On September 14, 2000 the Orsk oil refinery was a part of Tyumen Oil Company.
On September 1, 2003 all enterprises of Tyumen Oil Company were a part of the new consolidated Russian-British company TNK-BP - the third largest oil and gas company of Russia.
On December 22, 2005 JSC Orsknefteorgsintez was a part of the vertically integrated oil holding "Russneft" which is in number of ten largest oil and gas companies of Russia.
In July, 2011 the Orsk Refinery left the structure of Russneft Oil Company.
For November 18, 2013 the main partner of JSC Orsknefteorgsintez is Forteinvest Ltd. The company delivers raw materials on the Orsk Refinery and implements a broad spectrum of oil products of the enterprise both in the Russian market, and in the countries of the FSU and beyond.
