Partnership of JSC Nva-korenevo (JSC NVA) and FRONTSTEP CIS (FRONTSTEP CIS) arose in 2000, and the 15-year history of cooperation of the production and consulting companies began with the need for the IT system, the most functionally corresponding to business production processes of the Plant.

The aspiration to weaken influence of the competitive factors affecting stability of the enterprise so to qualitatively change the level of production management and as much as possible to implement customers needs – in the nomenclature, quality, terms of accomplishment of orders, cost became premises for such solution of the management of JSC NVA.

At the time of start of the project management of the plant was rather intuitive, main reference point for the enterprise traditionally there was a monthly production plan created substantially by experience of the head of sales office, there were own approaches in the field of detailing of plans to the level of production divisions and specific assembly units and also the workflows allowing to connect raw material stocks, finished goods and work in progress.

But in the conditions of fierce competition and quickly growing production noticeable problems due to the lack of efficiency and integrity of the available data began to arise, it was also necessary to have the complete and consistent picture integrating in itself a technology, managerial and design information component.

The main part of the project was successfully implemented in 2000 - 2003, experts FRONTSTEP CIS (FRONTSTEP CIS) implement complete functionality of the SyteLine ERP system – planning and production management, is automated by supply and sale, integration with the systems of computer-aided planning and accounting is carried out. Reduction of cost value of products at the expense of the best organization of production management, optimization of raw material stocks and materials, increase in sales volume by improvement of the mechanism of work with clients turned out to be consequence of implementation, the labor input of production processes was reduced. As a result of commissioning of a corporate system of management based on SyteLine ERP the management of the enterprise has the complete picture of all business processes of the enterprise including technology, management and design information.

As a result as a result of operation of a system in the first 3 years the following indicators of activity were reached:

  • Increase in production volumes by 143%;
  • The average term of accomplishment of orders was reduced from 21 to 6 days;
  • Increase in sales volumes, the service level of clients grew to 97%;
  • Reduction of product cost;
  • Optimization of raw material stocks and materials;
  • Cost reduction;
  • Reduction of labor input of production.

System implementation of enterprise management allowed to solve the main objectives of production is first of all methodical, information support of process of management of flows of materials, uses of the equipment and personnel, coordination of transactions of the enterprise with actions of suppliers and also determination of requirements of the market and customer interaction.


Modules work at the JSC Nva-korenevo enterprise: Stocks, Production and Planning, Sale, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, will unroll a so-called complete circuit of production automation. The solution had a direct impact on the quality system - now the enterprise works according to the ISO 9001-2008 Standard.
