2017: Localization of the next version for Russia

Diggings of Frontstep CIS at the beginning of December, 2017 provided the localized release of the ERP system of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (before SyteLine) for the Russian customers. The solution contains a number of opportunities necessary for the Russian production companies, claim in the company.

• The algorithm of planning of MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) is modified
  • The main difference of the modified algorithm of MRP of planning from standard is that calculation is conducted not in analytics of products, and in analytics a product/order number. For the enterprises using job order planning production schedules and purchases in a required format form: order numbers are used for additional analytics of stocks, planned orders, order lines of clients, production work orders (ZNP), order lines on movement, lines of the main production plan, order lines to the supplier. Instead of order numbers the analytics according to the document basis of the order (DBO) can be also used.

• Absorption of forecasts for semi-finished products
  • For production to the Assembly under the Order type often there is a release of semi-finished products under the forecast and afterwards their inclusion in structure of finished goods. To exclude summing of calculations of need for a semi-finished product — under the forecast and the order, the utility of absorption of the forecast for semi-finished products which executes absorption of the forecast for a semi-finished product of any level is developed (within the period of absorption of the forecast).

• Structure and cost value of a product
  • The report "The current structure of a product" with reflection of complete structure of a product on the nesting levels with selection of materials and semi-finished products is developed. Also it includes a process flow of production with labor input and cost value of materials and semi-finished products as a part of a product.

• Analysis of security of requirements
  • The Analysis of Security of Requirements form which shows how selected order, a task for production or the project is provided with materials and DSE is developed. The analysis is made based on MRP planning. The algorithm of calculation analyzes the existing remaining balance of Inventories expected receipt from production, supplier orders. There is a possibility of viewing how specific task for production is provided with materials and also planned receipts. The analysis of security with stocks on a critical path of accomplishment of orders is also implemented.

• Production
  • At structure on OP (order for production) often there are materials which actually are not completed and written off normative, but they cannot be excluded from calculation as they are necessary for calculation of cost of release. The feature for an exception of material at the rate of completeness is added, at the same time material remains in structure of a task for production. In production operations fields for the indication of discharges of the performed works are added. There was a possibility of transaction logging on a task for production (for example, closing of transaction and end of the works order) by means of reading by the scanner from heading of the route sheet of a barcode of the document.

In the fourth quarter 2014 the Frontstep CIS company released the localized version of Infor SyteLine 9.00. in Russia.

On December 25, 2013 Infor submitted the new version of the (ERP) Infor SyteLine 9.00 which in the company is called the most significant release of a system for the last six years.
