In a bus fleet of the city of Grodno EDMS DoXLogic is implemented

In a bus fleet of the city Grodno Belarus (republic) the electronic document management system is implemented based on EDMS DoXLogic. The project on automation of all main stages of office-work of vehicle fleet is implemented by the partner of the company BFT in Belarus — the republican unitary enterprise "Data-processing Centre of the Ministry of Finance".

"The bus fleet of Grodno" contains about 260 buses which service more than 130 routes with a passenger traffic over 145 thousand people daily in the Arsenal. Until recently the document flow connected with service of all routes and activity of vehicle fleet in general was performed exclusively in paper form. For acceleration of processing of documents, optimization of work of employees with the entering, outgoing and internal correspondence and also executions of requirements of the legislation of Republic of Belarus for reduction of volumes of paper document flow in a bus fleet of Grodno are automated all main stages of work with documents based on EDMS DoXLogic.

Works on automation of all basic processes of registration, processing and document storage were complete in short terms therefore employees of the administrative building of "A bus fleet of Grodno" received the tool for operational document handling.

Specialists of vehicle fleet create, process and store all main documents in electronic form, and the system of search provides online access to necessary documents, told in BFT. By the customer's estimates, work of all specialists of vehicle fleet in a common information space of EDMS DoXLogic accelerated processing and approvals of documents. Besides, the automated control of execution of documents and resolutions of the management allows to increase performing discipline.

Commenting on project implementation results, the director of a bus fleet of Grodno Nikolay Drevilo noted: "Within project implementation the end result — saving of time and resources of employees of vehicle fleet on document handling and also high-quality and operational work with documents was important for us. And today, summing up the first results, it is possible to tell with confidence that we go on the correct way: not only processing of documents accelerated, the quality of our work increased".

Within the project the bus fleet of Grodno was connected to the system of interdepartmental document flow of Republic of Belarus (SMDO). Thus, now the administration of a bus fleet has an opportunity to quickly exchange electronic documents with state bodies and the organizations of Belarus which electronic document management systems are integrated with SMDO.
