Was born in 1977 in Krasnodar.
In 1998 graduated from KVVKU of Shtemenko majoring in Information security.
After service in Armed forces of Russia, Roman worked in the different government and commercial structures dealing with issues of information security.
In November, 2015 became the Sales director of ANGARA Company (until the end of 2016).
