Avito transferred IT infrastructure to Russia

The Russian website of declarations Avito transferred at the beginning of 2016 IT infrastructure of the services to Russia. Since January, 2016 all Avito server hardware is completely put into commercial operation in data center of DataSpace1 in Moscow.

For implementation of the decision on transfer of IT infrastructure of the services made by the management of Avito from Sweden to Russia the complex task of search of the reliable, stable and long-term partner which will be able not only to provide professional services on placement of the server hardware was set, but also will promote effective implementation of new ambitious projects and Avito services.

The DPC of DataSpace1 was selected by Avito on a competitive basis on set of business, technical and utilization properties both an object, and operating company of DPC in general. All data of users of the online platform Avito since January, 2016 are stored only in the territory of Russia in full accordance with the requirements to a personal data storage listed in FZ-242.

The DPC of DataSpace1 is constructed and is operated according to the international industry standards that is confirmed with the highest level of certification of Uptime Institute. Since launch in 2012 operation of DPC of DataSpace1 is performed without failures and breaks. The exclusive security level of DPC of DataSpace1 is provided with a complex of the organizational, technical and physical means and measures confirmed including the certificate of PCI DSS.
