The Armaks company works in the field of production of construction materials.

History

The Armaks company is included into ten leading companies of Russia on production of materials for the industry of pre-fabricated buildings and provides up to 5% of need of the industry for the easy protecting and heat-insulating constructions.

The history of Zavoda stroitelnykh biokonstruktsy Armaks LLC begins in 2003 with construction of the first plant on production of enclosing structures in St. Petersburg.

In November, 2003 production sandwich panels began. The production body of the plant was constructed of the first batch of panels. Construction of the building of own plant from sandwich panels and its further operation sandwich panels, such as speed and small labor input of installation works, low foundation load, low materials consumption of the bearing frameworks and supporting structures, high heat and sound-proof properties, attractive appearance allowed collective to be convinced of all advantages of use.

In 2005 at the enterprise it is introduced and the quality management system according to the standard of EN ISO 9001:2008 works. All products made at the plant passed necessary tests and completely conform to regulatory requirements that is supported by the existing documents. At the plant the current quality control of products is constantly exercised.

2008 became one of the major in the history of the company. On September 13 in the city of Azov of the Rostov region the official opening ceremony of the new plant "Armaks-Yug" on production sandwich panels, enclosing structures and life support systems of buildings and constructions was held. Representatives of administration of the Rostov region and the city of Azov, the top officials of Armaks-group company, clients and partners of the company participated in a festive event.

At the plant in Azov successful start of Russia's first line of production sandwich panels with a caterpillar press of the Australian company Hilleng was performed. The investments enclosed in implementation of this large-scale project made more than 230 million rubles.

The main products of the plant in Azov: easy enclosing structures and life support systems are intended for construction of pre-fabricated buildings and constructions of administrative, industrial, trade, warehouse and sports assignment.

Technical capacities of plant "Armaks-South" in Azov allow to produce more than 1,000,000 square meters sandwich panels in a year. The new plant allowed to reduce considerably delivery dates of products and costs for logistics for construction objects of the Southern Federal District and significantly increased overall effectiveness of a construction complex of the South of Russia.

In 2009 Armaks Group Group becomes the participant of the regional investment project of Federal importance. On October 14, 2009 the Government of the Russian Federation utverdzhdat the project of construction of a production and logistic complex of Armaks Group on production of sendvich-panels, mineral wool and life support systems in the territory of the village of Maslovka of the Voronezh region worth more than 5 billion rubles.

In 2010 organizational and technical events for expansion of a standard product line "The plant of construction bioconstructions "Armaks" are held. The new product – the soundproofing and sound-absorbing Armaks-Akustik panels is put in production.

At the beginning of 2011 "The plant of construction bioconstructions "Armaks" presented to the market the new technical solution based on acoustic panels developed for effective fight against excessive transport and industrial noise — DAKAR noise screens tm.

On December 19, 2012 in the territory of the industrial Maslovka park (Voronezh region) solemn start of the Armaks Group plant on production wall and roofing sandwich panels took place. It becomes the third enterprise of group for production of the modern construction materials best-selling in the different industries.

After start of the third line the power of production of easy enclosing structures of group in the territory of the Russian Federation reached 3 mln sq.m sandwich panels in a year. Such equipment capacity allows to perform an uninterrupted supply sandwich panels on objects of any scale.
