NPP Erlan works in the field of IT.

The main direction - development, implementation and author's maintenance of the management information Systems "Erlan-1" and "Erlan-2". Systems are used for ensuring operation of different types of airplanes and helicopters, including foreign production.

NPP Erlan has licenses on:

• development and production of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose and also development and production of arms and military equipment regarding information support of the systems of the integrated logistical support of the aircraft equipment, the management information systems;
• the works connected with use of the data which are the state secret.
