In Investstroy use of a system of electronic archive "Etla" is expanded

After implementation in 2012 of the system of electronic archive Etla in Investstroy investitsioono-construction company in the 2016th year the decision on expansion of its use was made.

The purpose of this project was to implement the technological solution for carrying out digitization of documents, creation of the electronic storage consisting of the scanned documents. In a system the mechanism of context search which helps to find with ease any document on the set subject and also the mechanism of line scanning, automatic recognition, processing and automatic placement of documents at their registration in a system is implemented.

Within implementation of the project process of accomplishment of control procedures concerning the scanned documents for the purpose of achievement of completeness and quality of the documents transferred to electronic archive is implemented.

A system electronic archive ETLA is selected as the resource for data storage allowing employees to find in read seconds the necessary document, to control correctness of an execution of all documents in real time and also to perform indexing and editing documents and credentials.

Implementation of electronic archive ETLA allowed Investstroy company to pass from work with paper documentation to work with modern electronic archive, to reduce time for collection of information and also gave ample opportunities on search, filtering and creation of selections and reports on documents.

In 2015 there was a requirement of expansion of use of electronic archive as regularly enter documents from different departments into a system. As access to documents periodically is required to a large number of employees from different places in the world, but at the same time in a system not so many users work, the decision on expansion of competitive licenses was made.
