On March 2, 2016 it became known of implementation in Heineken company of DeviceLock technology.

Project Results

Corporate information security policy of Heineken requires ensuring control of leaks of confidential information. For fulfillment of requirements of corporate policy, requirements of Federal law No. 152 "About personal data", specialists in cybersecurity of Joint Breweries Heineken LLC in 2010 considered a number of the solutions solving an access control problem to secondary storage devices and data transmissions.

The design of our infrastructure defined that the control system of ports and devices should be based on the local agents set on specific computers. Also a system should be made by the Russian producer and require the minimum resources with support. At the time of the choice of such system in 2010 DeviceLock was an optimal solution for our company.

For counteraction to information leaks via e-mail, messengers, file exchange services and other channels of network communications, the Joint Breweries Heineken LLC company uses the module NetworkLock as a part of the DeviceLock DLP complex.

We carried out deployment of a DLP system on the basis of the DeviceLock DLP complex by own forces using Microsoft SCCM, at the same time DLP politicians and settings of a system extended through group politicians of the domain Active Directory. Today we use a linking of DeviceLock + NetworkLock from which data are delivered on the uniform managing server. As the result - is control of information, a possibility of investigation and prevention of incidents with leaks of confidential information.
