In Tyumen the geoinformational portal on UrbaniCS is started

In Tyumen in the spring of 2016 the geoinformational portal of the publication of data of automated information system of ensuring town-planning activity developed and implemented by specialists of CSoft is started in action.

The software package UrbaniCS developed by CSoft Group providing support of technology processes in the different subject directions — in particular, on full-function automation of maintaining ISOGD became a basis of the program technological solution for AISOGD of Tyumen.

A system contains the considerable and constantly filled up by the staff of the city administration volume of space and descriptive information, including on layers of a cartographic basis, to objects of capital construction, municipal economy, a road network, according to town-planning documentation, utilities, etc.

The city administration supports AISOGD in current status since 2010. So far information volume, the system collected in uniform storage, exceeded 260 gigabytes. Here more than 500,000 space objects (including 130000 objects of capital construction and 170000 land plots) and also more than 200,000 electronic documents, including the scanned copies executed from paper originals are provided. Access to a system is provided for editing and information analysis to more than 150 registered users.

The software package CS UrbanView which provided providing a public access in the browser (including mobile platforms) to data and documents of a system — without installation of any software or plug-ins became GIS portal basis for successfully functioning AISOGD of Tyumen.

Since March, 2016 access to GIS portal AISOGD is provided on the website of Administration of Tyumen (http://isogd.tyumen-city.ru/Portal/faces/main). The wide range of users had an opportunity to browse and analyze open data of AISOGD, to execute thematic mapping, to create analytical requests by space and semantic criteria. In full the AISOGD this storages are available to the staff of the city administration who is authorized users of a system. Authorized users can create and edit space data directly in the browser — in real time and in the mode of multi-user access to the uniform data warehouse. This functionality is implemented using the new version of CS UrbanView which is complemented with the option CS UrbanView Editor.

Yunktsional CS UrbanView allows to display almost unlimited volume of space data, their descriptive characteristics, the connected documents and also data of remote sensing.

Display is performed both in local, and in geographical coordinate systems that allows to use data of remote sensing of freeware distribution (Yandex Maps, Google Maps) with reprojection in real time.

Upgraded version of the software of CS UrbanView allows to apply to storage and the publication of space data of the platform with open source codes.

The developed infrastructure of space data forming a basis to GIS technology of CSoft Group allows to use successfully ISOGD as the central core of regional and municipal geographic information systems, complementing it with industry segments for monitoring of utilities and road economy, environmental monitoring. The openness of system architecture and existence of the developed programming interfaces provide flexibility and adaptivity of technology due to expansion of a data structure and functionality of the implemented application software (these works are performed by forces of specialists of the customer without involvement of the developer).

Complex GIS technology of CSoft Group is applied by a number of regions and municipalities of the Russian Federation. Examples of successful implementations are projects of the regional level for the Kaliningrad and Moscow regions, Khabarovsk Krai; projects of level of the centers of regions (Kaliningrad, Stavropol, Ivanovo, Penza, Nizhny Novgorod) and also projects of municipal level for municipalities of the Moscow region (The Mytishchi, Odintsovo and Naro-Fominsk districts, the Domodedovo city district), Stavropol Krai (Mikhaylovsky and Pyatigorsk city districts), the Leningrad Region (The Gatchina district).
