Content

On February 29, 2016 the Russian field became known of an implementation project of "1C:ERP" in the enterprise of holding – to Pavlovskaya poultry farm[1].

Project Tasks

To keep further development of agroholding, the management made the decision to begin the project on implementation of a new accounting system and management. The task – creation of basic operational production accounting and, on its basis, cost accounting systems and calculations of cost value is defined. It was decided to make at one of the enterprises of holding – Pavlovskaya poultry farm.

On Pavlovskaya poultry farm (2013)

For project implementation the product "1C:ERP" is selected.

It was required to train employees for the beginning of the project. For the solution of this task the management of holding addressed to Konstanta company. The training was organized also for the staff of Pavlovsk of poultry farm.

"The Russian field" organized competition according to the results of which the management of holding accepted the offer of Constant.

Project Progress

During the project industry documents which as a result generated standard for simplification further updating of a system are created.

Special automated workplaces for simplification of work of end users are created. At start of a system of cost accounting it became clear - the product does not cope with actual amounts of data and does not allow to make calculation. The integrator developed the alternative system of cost accounting which helped to count actual cost and to achieve a project objective – to pass to daily cost accounting on poultry farm.

Result of works

According to the results of the project the company achieved results:

  • Daily cost accounting on three sections is organized: incubator, cultivation, cutting.
  • The ability to manage by cost value by means of operating control of changes of parameters which influence it is had
  • Lay the foundation for further development of an information system of holding.
