Prolongation of technical support services of Oracle for 35 million rubles
On November 27, 2017 Petersburg Sales Company (PSC) signed the agreement with Sigma company on rendering services in prolongation of technical support for earlier bought products of Oracle. The cost of the agreement - 35 million rubles.[1]

Prolongation of technical support services of Oracle for 36.9 million rubles
In December, 2016 Petersburg Sales Company (PSC) summed up the results of purchase of technical support services of software solutions of Oracle with the initial cost of 46.1 million rub (excluding VAT).[2]
The customer needed prolongation of technical support for 2017. Technical assistance of the arising problems, carrying out consultations on phone, access for downloading of the softwares additional components, etc. had to be a part of services.
Applications from Sigma and Softlayn Proyekty companies were submitted for tender. The best price conditions were provided by Sigma, this company and was announced winners. Total cost was reduced to 36.9 million rubles (excluding VAT).
Licenses and technical support services of Oracle for 18.6 million rubles
In October, 2016 Petersburg Sales Company summed up the results of purchase of licenses and technical support services of software Oracle. The customer needed the rights to solutions Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Database and also certificates of technical support for this software.[3]
Applications for participation in this purchase were submitted by Sigma companies, BSS and "Softline Projects". The best terms were offered by Sigma, it also became pobediteleym. The total price of the agreement was 18.6 million rubles.
2015: Prolongation of technical support services of Oracle for 29.3 million rubles
On September 1, 2015 Petersburg Sales Company (PSC) defined the winner of an open competition on prolongation of technical support for earlier purchased licenses for software products of Oracle[4].
Within purchase of PSK prolongation of service contracts on rendering services in technical support for earlier purchased licenses was required. Timelines for delivery of services vary depending on the license. On some products the technical support should be provided since October 1, 2015, on some - since November, 2015. Services should be rendered in all cases until the end of 2016.
The starting price of the agreement was 36.5 million rubles.
Bids were submitted by the companies "Enforce of Energo", "Sigma" and "Borlas". Sigma and Borlas were allowed to participation in tender.
The best terms were offered by Borlas Group, having suggested to satisfy terms of the contract for 29.3 million rubles. This company was also announced by the winner.

Purchase of licenses and technical support services of Oracle for 23.387 million rubles
At the end of October, 2014 the "Inter RAO Command Center Purchases" company summed up the tender results on right to contract on purchase of licenses of Oracle and technical support of the 1st year for needs of Petersburg Sales Company (PSC)[5].
Licenses and support for the following solutions were required for the customer: Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus, Oracle WebLogic Suite for Oracle Applications. The starting price of the agreement was 23.888 million rubles.
Applications for participation were submitted by companies "Sigma", "Inlayn Telecom Solyushns", RDTECH and Borlas Group. The Sigma company became the winner, having suggested to execute the contract for 23.387 million rubles.
Prolongation of technical support services of Oracle for 9.9 million rubles
On September 26, 2014 "Inter RAO is Command center purchases" summed up the tender results on prolongation of technical support for earlier purchased licenses for software Oracle for needs of Petersburg Sales Company[6].
The initial cost of the agreement was 11.564 million rubles. The term of technical support – 1 year. Names of solutions which require maintenance did not reveal.
