The Jet Infosystems company which suggested to execute the contract for 25.1 million rubles became the winner of purchase.

On May 19, 2015 the Irkut Scientific and production corporation summed up the request for proposals results on rendering services in technical support of the software of Oracle^[4].

According to terms of the contract, technical support services of software of Oracle were required for the customer. Timelines for delivery of services were divided into 2 stages – from June 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015 and from October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. The software list included the solutions Oracle WebLogic Suite, Oracle WebLogic Portal, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Identity Manager Connector, etc. The starting price of the agreement was $403 thousand.

Applications for participation in request for proposals were submitted by 3 companies – Jet Infosystems, "FTsR" and Croc. The smallest price ($365,678.01) was offered by Jet Infosystems company, it also was announced by the winner.
