On March 10, 2016 the Softline company announced project completion of implementation of cloud corporate mail in Baltkam.
Project Tasks
The customer was faced by a task - to provide effectively operating communications between employees. For its solution it was required to find the solution, scalable, compatible to other software, and to avoid purchase expensive hardware and the software.

Project Progress
Specialists of the contractor offered the customer Microsoft Office 365 - the cloud product integrating services Microsoft Exchange Lync SharePoint, OneDrive on one platform.
Engineers Softline created the draft decision. It allows synchronization Office 365 and Active Directory. Employees at the same time got access to mail by means of the credentials AD that simplified connection from different devices. Now they can use services Office 365 where they were.
Project Results
Use of the solution under lease provided the customer with full-fledged communication infrastructure without additional expenses on acquisition and service of the local server. In addition, for technical specialists setup and support of a system, as well as creation of new jobs, became more simply and quicker.
The customer received the full-fledged mail system of the Enterprise level. Each employee has own cloud storage of files and can effectively organize team working using conference communication and demonstration of a desktop. Means of SharePoint open new opportunities for creation of internal services under approval of documents, storage of the general files and creation of user groups. Project Results

The solution to pass to a "cloud" mail system became for us strategically important. We got access to several services at once that improved interaction of employees, increased their mobility and simplified the solution of separate working tasks. Transition to a new system did not cause idle times in work: the interface of the solution is usual for employees, and they started its use at once. Cloud infrastructure not only was the full and modern solution for communication, but also helped to avoid additional monetary and time expenditure.
