On May 28, 2014 Russian Post summed up the results of a Dutch auction for providing licenses and technical support services of the software of Oracle[1].
Licenses for Oracle Database Oracle Business Intelligence the solutions Enterprise Edition, Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Business Intelligence Server Enterprise Edition, Oracle Interactive Dashboard, Publisher, Oracle Essbase Plus and others were required for the customer. Also the winner of purchase had to provide technical support of deliverable software.
Applications for participation in purchase were submitted by the companies "USP Compulink", "Lanit", "Asteros" and "Technoserv". All companies, except for Technoserv, were allowed to participation. The best terms were offered by Asteros company (265.86 million rubles), it also was announced by the winner.
