Haytek-Raesk (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

In Haytek-RAESK holding, specializing in construction and reconstruction of networks of power supply of industrial and civil facilities in Moscow and the Moscow region, the first stage of implementation of an information system based on 1C: Enterprise 8.0 is completed. A project objective – automation of production processes of holding, consolidation of the data on the companies which are its part, and formation of the summary reporting and also automation of accounting and tax accounting. According to project participants, the implemented solution covering 20 jobs provides cost accounting of projects taking into account work in progress, keeps the actual cost accounting and their plan-fact analysis, as well as gives the chance to consider monetary and fixed assets, materials and settlement with clients and advance holders. The created system also carries out accounting and tax accounting and provides calculation of the VAT and income tax. A contractor of the project is 1C company: Rarus

It is in the future going to automate maintaining the payment schedule which will consider receipts and funds expenditures and also to create the tool for purchase planning and maintaining production schedules in quantitative and cost indicators.
