Promsvyazbank deployed the service of the tablet version of mobile bank

On March 17, 2016 announced Technoserv Consulting creation of the tablet version of mobile bank on the iBanking platform by request of Promsvyazbank. According to the statement of integrator, implementation of iBanking in Promsvyazbank — the first in Russia^[1].

Project Results

The version of banking adapted for use on tablets running iOS and Android is as a result created. Clients of Promsvyazbank got access to the majority of options of Internet bank:

• work with cards,
• work with accounts and deposits,
• submission of requests for opening of new cards and credits,
• carrying out payments,
• transfers
• currency exchange.

Tablet banking gives the chance to use functionality of mobile banking:

• the choice of the addressee for money transfer from the address directory,
• establishment of account limits of daily and monthly transactions.

The application gives the chance to work with the rewards program of PSBonus bank and to manage the personal budget by means of Smart Money PFM service. The tablet bank allows clients to personify the personal profile, loading the photo from the device.

At the moment a third of transactions of remote service of Promsvyazbank are the share of mobile banking whereas a year ago their volume did not exceed 10%. It is sure that soon the mobile bank on this indicator will overtake Internet bank. And the big contribution to new alignment of forces will be made by start of the new tablet application. It becomes that solution which allows to save, on the one hand, mobility, with another — to provide to the client comfort: expanded format and the most full range of functions. Today the number of users of the mobile Internet grows day by day — its advantages use over 40% of Russians. Thus, Promsvyazbank made an important step towads to the clients and offered them one more channel of access to the services — the innovation and safe. In Europe a choice for benefit of iBanking was already made by large banks: Societe Generale, Inteza, Raiffeisenbank and so forth. Transition to a digital format became for them a new impulse of business development, now these opportunities are open also for Promsvyazbank.
