2016: Purchase of technical support services

In April, 2016 "Agency for housing mortgage lending" (AHML) summed up the results of open auction on purchase of technical support services of Oracle.^[1]

The customer needed maintenance of software of Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, Oracle Database Gateway for SQL server, etc. The period of rendering services - from the moment of agreement signature and till January 31, 2017.

Applications for an auction were submitted by the companies "Croc", "Borlas" and "Swagger". FORS with the price of the contract of 12 million rubles became the winner.

2014: Purchase of licenses and technical support services

On December 25, 2014 the AHML summed up the results of open auction on providing software licenses of Oracle and technical support services^[2].

To the customer the rights to the solutions Oracle Database (Enterprise and Standard Edition) were required, for Oracle Partitioning Option, Oracle WebLogic Server Standard Edition and Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server. Besides, the winner of an auction had to provide technical support of these solutions for a period of 1 year. The starting price of the agreement was 47.859 million rubles.

Applications for an auction were submitted by the companies "Softline Trade", "Croc", "Comparex" and "Technoserv". The bottom price of the agreement was offered by Croc - 37.327 million rubles, this company also was announced by the winner.
