Softline unrolled cloud mail for construction company

Softline provided at the beginning of 2016 cloud IT infrastructure for placement of corporate mail of Gusstroy group. As a result the customer quickly received the solution completely ready to use and giving a wide range of possibilities on administration.

The Gusstroy group integrates the organizations which are engaged in construction, installation and adjustment of the engineering systems, improvement of the territory, consulting and investments. The structure of group includes 7 companies.

One of means of corporate interaction in Gusstroy is e-mail based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. For simplification of service and the maintenance of a mail system, the company management made the decision on its migration in a cloud. The partner in the project selected Softline company which has wide experience in the field of deployment of cloud solutions.

During the project specialists of Softline provided to the customer turnkey cloud infrastructure: prepared computing powers, unrolled and also all necessary services customized a mail system based on Microsoft Exchange Server, provided its availability to the necessary number of domains of Gusstroy company. After that for further administration of a system access rights were assigned to the customer's IT specialists. The company can independently create the policy of control of the corporate server and carry out works on complete administration of the mail server.
