Software Selection

Satisfaction with results of three years' operation of a HRM system "COMPASS:" Led personnel management to the fact that the Management of Institute practically on an uncontested basis accepted the decision on automation still of a number of business processes on the basis of the ERP system "COMPASS". As undoubted plus work of again implemented software in uniform informatsinny space with already implemented was considered.

General Description of the Project

This project inherently was the 2nd stage of the uniform project on a vedreniya of the ERP system which naturally includes HRM functionality.

As a result during 2007 were automated:

• document flow;
• accounting;
• tax accounting;
• accounting of currency transactions;
• management of contractual relations;
• management of settlement with partners;
• planning of deferred expenses;
• management of material flows and inventory control;
• delivery of tax statements in electronic form.

At present accumulation of functionality continues.

Some Specific Features of the Project

• In implementation process of the project converting of data from the formats used in software of the previous generation, and their import to a DB of the COMPASS system was performed.
• Screen and tabular forms and also automatic calculations of checksums for the 3rd additional an agreement type are configured: internal orders, state budget agreements and counteragency agreements.
• Accounting on different financing sources is developed for counteragency agreements.
• 3 additional printed forms under agreements are developed: "An agreement card", "The notification on opening of the order", "Data on the closed stages".
