On May 12, 2014 "The Russian television and broadcasting network" summed up (RTRS) the results of open request for quotations electronically on providing the rights to use programs of Oracle[1].
Within delivery to the customer the non-exclusive rights to use of the software of Oracle Database (Standard and Enterprise Edition) were required, for Partitioning and WebLogic Server Enterprise Edition. Together with licenses RTRS technical support services of deliverable software were necessary. The starting price of the contract was 41.7 million rubles.
Applications for participation in request for quotations were submitted by Softline Trade companies, RDTECH, Elbrus2000 and NPK "Contact". The smallest price (26.4 million rubles) was offered by Softline Trade company, it also was announced by the winner.
