Developed LANIT and implemented the software for automatic meteorological stations in the Central region

Specialists of LANIT-Integration company (enters into LANIT group) created the software which was set on automatic meteorological stations of Central office for hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment (Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS).

The integration solution LANIT provides collecting and information transfer from the automatic meteorological stations (AMS) on servers of Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS in the XML format with the rate of updating of 10 minutes. Thus data on the minimum, maximum and average temperature of air, a relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, the direction and wind speed, intensity and an amount of precipitation, etc. are delivered and processed.

The solution allows to save the acquired information for the periods when contact with the server is interrupted and also provides protection of the equipment against external influences. When opening a door of the AMS body the sensor works, and a system automatically notifies the administrator on an incident. Disturbing messages form and go also at the low level of a charge of the rechargeable battery of the station.

At the end of the period of development and comprehensive tests of the new software on two AMS Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS specialists of LANIT provided training of the specialists of the customer who are responsible for a program part of AMS and data transmission and also rendered assistance in work on installation of the new software on all 45 automatic meteorological stations of Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS.

Implementation speeded up (in comparison with traditional three-hour terms) observations not only gave to specialists of predictive divisions the chance to quickly obtain information of AMS network, to exercise operating control behind work of meteorological stations, but also provided base for carrying out validation of data on rainfall of the Doppler meteorological radars in the territory of Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS. Thanks to a company performance of LANIT we received the modern functional solution allowing to solve the tasks set for Federal State Budgetary Institution Centralnoye UGMS.
