Vocord Tahion is integrated into ERP Ulmart

The Ulmart company is included into the three of the largest online hypermarkets selling nonfoods and digital content in our country. Logistic infrastructure of the company consists more than of 400 distribution centers and execution of orders and points of issue. Therefore the resource management system of the company requires use of the modern fulfilled technologies. Vokord's specialists integrated the system of survey video surveillance VOCORD Tahion into ERP of Ulmart company. Consolidation two essentially different in functionality and to the carried-out tasks of systems – the unique project on setting and workmanship.

Information from the ERP system is synchronized with the video image from surveillance cameras on time and stored on the server. Integration of the VOCORD Tahion system into the stock count software allows to find quickly all video records on specific shipment, to trace a way of goods from the receipt moment on a warehouse before issue of the order to the buyer.

By the identification number of the document, for example, of the delivery note, it is possible to control goods (in assortment of Ulmart more than 120 thousand names is submitted) on each specific section in the set time frame. For this purpose it is enough to enter a request with a document number in a user interface, to find a missing position, and the program itself will pick up the video record under each transaction made with goods with synchronization for time.

Besides, VOCORD Tahion significantly facilitates the solution of disputable situations. As each stage of movement and a complete set of the order is recorded on video, it is easy to find at what stage there was a failure and to quickly take measures for bug fixing. Works on integration of a geographically distributed system of survey video surveillance of VOCORD Tahion with ERP of Ulmart began in January, 2016. According to the customer, such integration already allowed to reduce more than three times time for processing of claims.

The VOCORD Tahion systems can work at local and at geographically distributed objects. They have unlimited scalability, i.e. they have no restrictions on number of the connected cameras, servers or jobs. If necessary the quantity of objects and vantage points can be increased that will not influence neither work of all system, nor on its specific sites in any way. Representative offices of Ulmart are in more than 240 cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Yaroslavl, Yekaterinburg, etc.). On objects of logistic infrastructure of network active implementation of VOCORD Tahion is conducted now (more than 1500 cameras are already united in network).
