Yunikar (Compass: Motor transport service (earlier Vehicles))

Hauler from the city of Vidnoye situated near Moscow, the Yunikar company, concluded at the beginning of 2016 with Kompas company the delivery agreement of licenses and implementation of the module COMPASS: Waybills and fuel and lubricants.

Using this module the Customer expects to automate the statement, accounting and processing of waybills, accounting of run and idle times, payroll of drivers, job analysis by clients and also accounting of a consumption of fuel.

In addition to works on software implementation, a number of individual preferences on business processes of the Customer is stated in the agreement:

• setup of correlation of drivers to the specific client for accomplishment of transport work taking into account a time frame;
• implementation of features of payroll of drivers according to the waybill taking into account the different cost of runs at different customers;
• setup of formulas for payroll of drivers according to the waybill;
• setup of automatic numbering of waybills on each column;
• implementation of the report "Work of drivers at the Customer".

All listed tunings will be performed by means of the TNP platform which is a module COMPASS basis: Waybills and fuel and lubricants. Changes of the source code are not required.
