In a project deliverable training management processes and competences are unified and optimized, virtual classes and internal social network are created, integration with external systems is performed (Oracle, AD, SSO).
One of main objectives of the project was increase in the involvement of employees into developments and improvement of their awareness on existence of opportunities of acquisition and development of new skills in MTS company. Thanks to intuitive interfaces and mobile applications, routine work became simpler, and learning process - quicker and more interestingly.
