Completion of the existing functionality Desk Service in SAP Solution Manager and implementation of automatic calculation of time of processing of requests, KPI and the reporting for correct functioning of service of provision of services for support of the SAP HCM system:
- Completion of functionality of ITSM "Desk Service" of SAP Solution Manager,
- Completion of the existing organizational model "Service Desk for HR",
- SLA and Time Recording setup,
- Implementation of the reporting and diagrams for ITSM in Solution Manager through BI.
