The multifunction center SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg implemented ESUO "LETA Engineering"

Within increase in availability of the public and municipal services by the principle of "one window" SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg implemented an electronic management system for queue of LETA Engineering company. This project is expected decrease in load of operators in recently opened multifunction center.

As a result organization received the customized solution ESUO on 10 jobs of operators.

In the multifunction center SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg is set the touch terminal with the interactive menu for customer interaction. With its help it is possible to select necessary service then, having clicked, to receive from a dispenser the coupon with sequence number and other useful information. The ESUO server which characteristics can be changed depending on assigned tasks is built in the terminal. Besides, each workplace in the center is equipped with a board of the operator and the panel of quality evaluation of service. The center is also equipped with three main information displays implemented by means of LDC panels, intended for routing of clients to service windows by information display about a queue status on the screen and also the voice notification of clients.

On average the multifunction center accepts about 200 people a day.
