ELAR implements the directory Armyurist system for the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation

Carries out by spring of 2016 in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation implementation of the directory ARMYuRIST system: employees will get the authorized online access to legal acts of the ministry, and documents will be guaranteed protected.

Specialists of ELAR corporation scanned, distinguished and transferred to a text format about 60 thousand orders of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation from 1918 to 2013. The updated document revisions in which the change history, the created electronic copies of documents, including images is reflected in the PDF format are placed in an information system. The users registered in "ARMYuRIST" had an opportunity quickly on attributes to find any order, and through hyperlinks – all related documents. It is also possible to find necessary information in orders having used full-text search.

Implementation of "ARMYuRIST" is implemented based on the software of ELAR SAPERION. Were developed the module of input of documents with a possibility of generation of direct and back hypertext links, tools for providing the due security level and access isolation that allows to work in a system with the documents having a security classification.

The mandatory mechanism of differentiation of access rights to documents implemented in a system completely corresponds to processes of finishing orders in paper form.

In plans of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation further development of the project regarding building of opportunities for input of new documents, the automated maintaining the dictionary of military technical terms, to creation of the module of a feedback, individual selections, an obligatory legal minimum of the serviceman with testing.
