ICL Services reduced annual labor costs more than by 7000 hours

The software product of the Samara developer i-Sys is used for business process automation of ICL Services company, the providing service of professional IT outsourcing in Russia. The DocTrix Platform system using Microsoft SharePoint technologies provided economy of labor costs at least for 7452 hours a year. The project was executed by ICL Services independently that reduced cost by 2-3 times in comparison with average market quotations.

Products of the line of DocTrix differ in existence more than 220 technology changes of the western technologies that sharply increases efficiency and eliminates defects of the standardized products. Normal development of services on Microsoft SharePoint requires essential finance and time expenditure, existence of highly skilled .NET of developers in staff of the company. Solutions of the Russian programmers allowed to finish the western technologies and to minimize labor costs at implementation and supports of a system.

Thanks to opportunities of creation new and completions of the implemented business processes by own forces, without binding to the developer and programmers, engineers of ICL Services independently implemented the project. The support service of internal applications of ICL Services created a set of subsystems, from a self-service portal to efficiency evaluation of personnel and management of improvement of business processes. All these elements are integrated with e-mail and other systems that increases efficiency of communications in the company.

The total quantity of lists and DocTrix libraries on an internal corporate portal makes about 100 pieces. The labor input of support was reduced by 3 times, and the speed of accomplishment of business processes – repeatedly increased.
