On April 4, 2016 the SCOUT company announced implementation in the park of transport and special equipment of SK "Hermes" of a system of satellite monitoring of transport SCOUT.

Project Tasks

In SK "Hermes" the considerable quantity of funds for fuel and lubricants is spent, but to trace, the efficiency of use of fuel was represented by difficult case until recently. The company the technological solution for control of fuel consumption and work of vehicle fleet was required.

After acquaintance to the main offers of the market, the management of SK "Hermes" made the decision to implement in the company the system of satellite monitoring of transport SCOUT.

The main part of transport and special equipment of SK "Hermes" was equipped with a System SCOUT in the summer of 2015. Modules of satellite monitoring and fuel level sensors of production of SCOUT Group were installed on more than 40 objects, including machines of brands GAZ, KAMAZ, HAMM, MAN, VOLVO. For managers specialists of SCOUT Group organized 4 jobs with the software which allows to trace and analyze work of the CU using detailed group and individual reports.

At an implementation stage we began to fix reduction of fuel consumption for 20-30%. And after equipment of all vehicle fleet economy began to reach monthly 50-60% in comparison with the same periods of the previous year. We identified at once those employees who perform frauds with fuel, and stopped further repetition of similar cases.
