Simple company (1C-Rarus: Public catering 8)

In March, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on automation of accounting based on "1C-Rarus: A public catering 8" at the enterprises of Simple Company LLC.

Project Tasks

To the enterprises of a public catering of Simple Company LLC, begun activity at the end of 2015, in it was required to automate and systematize accounting of production processes - purchases, deliveries, sales, etc. For the solution of this task the software product "1C-Rarus was selected : A public catering 8" in version 8.3.

Project Progress

Working on the project, the 1C-Rarus company performed:

• consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance;
• delivery of the selected software products in office of the customer;
• software installation on the customer's computers;
• initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) for accounting initiation;
• individual training at office of the customer.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation on points of a public catering of Simple Company LLC were automated:

• purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management;
• order placement to suppliers;
• different industry specifics;
• production, services;
• the cost accounting on production;
• sales management, logistics and transport (SFM, WMS, TMS);
• sales (sale), service, marketing;
• analysis of sales of ABC/XYZ;
• settlement with buyers;
• order placement of buyers;
• calculation of normative cost value of orders;
• pricing, price lists;
• warehouse and logistics;
• management of warehouse stocks.

In addition, the 1C-Rarus company monthly makes delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user, consultation on methodical and technical issues of work with the program of 1C.
