2016: Foundation of the company

On April 8, 2016 it became known that Evgeny Bogdanchikov, the son of the former president of Rosneft Sergey Bogdanchikov, created the company on custom software development Session.

According to the Kommersant newspaper with reference to data of kartoteka.ru, Session LLC with the authorized capital of 15 million rubles it is registered at the end of March by Evgeny Bogdanchikov and the being CEO of the Uranium mining company of Rosatom Narek Sirakanyan.

According to the edition, Session will be engaged in custom development of software and applications, and DataPro data processing center (his co-owner is Evgeny Bogdanchikov) and Bing Han International Nareka Sirakanyana company will become her first clients (is engaged in production of a ginseng).

As it is unprofitable for companies to keep in staff of own programmers and software testers, they will work in Session. It will allow DataPro and Bing Han to separate expenses on development of software. It is expected that in the future Session will work by third-party orders.

As told Kommersant the source familiar with parts of the new project, before Session the task of creation of a cloud solution capable to automate and control activity of distributors of Bing Han is set (them there are about 2 million). Service is going to be placed on servers in DataPro.

The participants of the market of data centers polled by the edition consider emergence in DataPro of own developer of software a logical step as some categories of the software quite often should be finished

If the company does not remain the "pocket" developer of software for Bogdanchikov and Sirakanyan, and will enter the market, then taking into account a trend on import substitution it can be very perspective history — one of top managers in IT market considers.[1]
