The producer of V.T. Garment clothes provides timeliness of 98% of deliveries thanks to the solution Infor SyteLine

The Infor company, the supplier of software applications for business, announced in April, 2016 results of system implementation of Infor SyteLine producer of V.T. Garment clothes which clients are the international brands, such as Adidas and Decathlon. The solution provided timeliness of 98% of deliveries and the inventory accuracy of 97%, lowered material costs by 5% on purchases and the equipment and also optimized order confirmation time for 30%.

The V.T. Garment company produces about 3 million articles of clothing annually at capacities where now more than 3 thousand employees work. Owing to the growing needs of popular producers of clothes which transfer the production to outsourcing, the enterprise management system (ERP) for upgrade and standardization of its operational processes focused on four main components of production became necessary for V.T. Garment company: human resources, procedures, materials and equipment.
