The NSCP and Jet Infosystems developed the system of clearing for Mir payment system

National Payment Card System NATIONAL PAYMENT CARD SYSTEM Jet Infosystems JSC " () and company created a universal clearing system especially for national payment system "Mir" and also for American Express, JCB and UnionPay at full save of all rights for the National Payment Card System. Development considers specifics and processing rules of transactions in different payment systems.

Participants of PS "World" were more than 60 Russian banks which either started, or conduct preparation for issue and acquiring of the World card. A system provides accomplishment of a full clearing stroke: loading of clearing messages, their check and enrichment, calculation of the interbank commissions, formation of the register of net positions and its transfer to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, formation of notifications and notifications for participating banks.

"Ready industrial software which we could adapt for our tasks does not exist. The operating experience of the back office created for international payment systems showed that it is necessary to unify all processing of transactions. Now through operational processing and the NSCP clearing center (OPKTs) passes up to 20 million transactions daily. Therefore together with Jet Infosystems company we developed a universal back office for four payment systems: Mir, JCB, American Express and UnionPay, – Maxim Zavgorodny, the director of Operational and technology department of JSC NSCP notes. – Until the end of 2016 the network of acceptance of Mir payment system should be comparable with network of acceptance of other leading payment systems. High performance of a clearing system with a scaling option provides readiness of OPKTs NSCP for mass issue of the World payment cards, their wide use as means of payment".

Specialists of Jet Infosystems company also developed a number of the accompanying systems, including SEDO – an electronic document management system between banks and OPKTs. A clearing system automatically loads from SEDO transaction files from banks senders, and upon termination of a clearing cycle transfers the processed files for banks receivers there.

At a system design future needs of the National Payment Card System were as much as possible considered and flexible mechanisms of setup were put. The clearing system which was initially created for work with Mir payment system was designed so that could work with different payment systems successfully.
