On April 12, 2016 the HID Global company announced the choice of Vodafone Italy of HID Mobile Access technology for upgrade of the control system of physical access.

Project Progress

For April 12, 2016 the Vodafone Italy project at a deployment stage, with the initial plan for issue of 8 thousand mobile identifiers.

We receive quite interesting and positive comments from our employees participating in a pilot project on implementation of the advanced solution of HID Global. Employees note that use of this solution does visit of different territories in Vodafone Village and work with many applications much more convenient. Besides, issue, management and a withdrawal of mobile identifiers on smartphones is very simple procedure that allows to save time and funds for administration of a system.

Project Results

The company provided employees with the simple solution for mobile access to numerous premises and applications in use in Vodafone Village in Milan. The solution HID Mobile Access corresponds to the strategy of Vodafone Italy regarding implementation of a modern method of use of smartphones for access control.
