The choice of the COMPASS system for control automation by personnel and intraeconomic accounting was performed in 2005 according to the recommendation of the New Athena company implementing there TDMS together with which "COMPASS" had to work. Implementation of the first stage of the project took 8.5 months.
In bank the license for simultaneous access from 30 jobs of any of the following modules of the version of Oracle is used:
- Personnel records;
- Human resource management;
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Accounting of property.
Using the COMPASS system management of contractual relations is conducted.
In implementation process of the project the system of the reports meeting internal standards of international holding was developed.
In this Kompas bank works together with the TDMS "New Athena". Communication is performed on the basis of the triggers written by New Athena company.
The bank is serviced by means of online-access to base of control of incidents of KOMPAS company.
